Buffalo Cauliflower & Blue Cheese Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Put cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Frank's Hot Sauce, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic powder. Pour sauce over cauliflower florets and toss well to coat.
  3. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on lined backing sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes or until fork-tender with browned edges to your liking.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped chive and crumbly blue cheese if desired.
  5. Serve with a side of Marie's Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping.
