Easton Health was founded by Dr. Darlene Easton (DACM, MSACN, CNS, L.Ac), a clinician, educator, and nutrition expert with 30 years of hands‑on clinical experience. Drawing from her extensive background in traditional Chinese medicine, clinical nutrition, and functional lifestyle medicine, Dr. Easton created Easton Health to bridge the gap between education and real‑world health transformation. The Mission of Easton Health is to help individuals live a healthier and more vibrant life through a "Teach, Understand, Nourish and Empower" model. To that end, Dr. Easton creates her educational content and programs and has meticulously formulated her unique YW8-Super-Powder (pronounced why wait) to help people understand their bodies as they nourish and support them with this daily repair & reset ritual.
Easton Health offers evidence‑based both personalized nutrition services, and integrative group health courses and programs designed to help people understand why their body behaves the way it does—and how to nourish and support it effectively. Offerings include the Whole Life Reset® course, one‑on‑one nutrition consultations, community education and outreach initiatives.
The Whole Life Reset is an educational, lifestyle and habit‑creating program that teaches you how your body actually works—metabolically, hormonally, digestively, and neurologically—and how to support it using science‑backed nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
This is not a short‑term diet or a rigid protocol. It is a whole‑life approach designed to help you develop sustainable habits around food, movement, sleep, stress management, and mindset. The knowledge you gain and skills you learn help you create changes that last long after the course ends. Participants gain both practical tools and foundational knowledge to create meaningful, lifelong health improvements. That’s real transformation!

That depends on what your current habits are! The goal is to cultivate a lifestyle that improves and optimizes your health. Everyone stands at their own starting point. What it takes to reach your goals is determined by where you presently are and where you want to be!
The body is a complex and brilliant system...everything works together and is interdependent. What we consume is going to provide the raw materials for the entire operational system. This is way beyond your body weight and the kind of "diet you chose". This is about everything your system needs to function optimally so that you feel great and are symptom free. You will learn exactly what your body requires and ways to achieve it while enjoying your food and your life.
Some insurance providers will allow people to use their Health Savings or Flex spending dollars on these services. I am a NYS licensed healthcare provider and hold a doctorate in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine, and a Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition, and am a board-certified CNS.
When you learn how to eat well and practice habits that support your health, you create lifelong skills. These new skills and habits are what you take into your future and share with your children and family to help shape your life and theirs too!

Nutrition and habits around eating play a major and foundational role in nearly every aspect of health. In working with Easton Health, you will acquire the knowledge and receive the guidance that can support goals related to:
Energy and fatigue issues
Weight management and metabolic health
Blood sugar and insulin regulation
Digestive and gut health
Inflammation and immune function
Hormone balance
Mental clarity, focus, and mood
Sleep quality and more effective restoration
The focus is always on understanding why symptoms occur and then addressing the underlying patterns rather than chasing quick fixes.
Many people eat “healthy” foods but still struggle with symptoms or stalled progress. Easton Health goes beyond food lists by teaching context: timing, combinations, portioning, metabolic individuality, gut health, and lifestyle factors that influence how your body responds to what you eat.
Participants often discover how stress, sleep, digestion, hormones, and insulin sensitivity can dramatically change outcomes—even when food quality is already good.
Supplements are sometimes recommended, but they are never the foundation. Food, habits, and lifestyle come first. When supplements are used, they are chosen intentionally to fill gaps, support specific systems, or complement dietary changes—not to replace them.
