As you embark on your health transformation, it's important to work with someone who has experience and who you can trust. Unlike an online health coach who can achieve a certificate in 3-6 months, I have trained, taught, lectured professionals and treated patients for over 25 years and have multiple degrees and scores of post-graduate certifications in the field.
Today, my primary focus lies in using nutrition and dietary therapy to help individuals with complex issues that often manifest as digestive, respiratory, sleep, autoimmune and metabolic conditions.
