Buffalo Cauliflower & Blue Cheese Crumble

Ingredients:

1 Large Cauliflower, cut into small florets

½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce, plus more for serving

2 TBSP melted butter

1 TBSP olive oil

1 TBSP fresh lemon juice

1 tsp garlic powder

Chopped chives & crumbly blue for toppings (optional)

Marie’s Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping


Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside. Put cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl

In a small bowl, whisk together Frank’s Hot Sauce, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic powder. Pour sauce over cauliflower florets and toss well to coat.

Spread cauliflower in a single layer on lined backing sheet. Bake 25-30 minutes or until fork-tender with browned edges to your liking.

Sprinkle with chopped chive and crumbly blue cheese if desired.

Serve with a side of Marie’s Blue Cheese Dressing for dipping.
